Julie qualified as a Feldenkrais Teacher (for humans) in August 2015 after a four year course on the London II training.
The Feldenkrais Method (www.feldenkrais.co.uk) is a gentle way of increasing awareness of ourselves, our habits and movement patterns.
Learning how to explore and recognise these in a fun and interesting way helps us to recover from injury and illness, improve our mental state and maintain flexibility and mobility.
